"The good writer seems to be writing abut himself, but has his eye always on that thread of the Universe which runs through himself and all things."

Where to begin? [Pause.] Of course, there is love, always. And where there is love, there is art or work, as some like to call it. I am directing Eric Bogosian's Red Angel for LiveWire in the Fall... a few months away; and in the Spring, Madeline stars in Wonder of the World by David Lindsay-Abaire. We are presenting VisionFest 2008 at the end of the month (Aug. 29 & 30). VisionFest is a short play festival, wherein we produce staged readings of nine original pieces surrounding a theme chosen by an online poll. Control is this year's theme.

On the WCProductions front, a new IML video has been shot and we are waiting for the 8mm footage to transfer so that editing can commense. Other footage of random shit has also happened, and we will be piecing those together when editing IML. I'm finished with a new draft of a TV Pilot we are looking to shoot in December (anticipation=reward)... I'm looking to get coverage of a screenplay.

In a wonderful association between LiveWire and WCProductions, our world premiere production of Soldiers: The Desert Stand can be watched online via YouTube, which you can also access from the WCProductions website.

I've got a bunch of blogs that I think fit nicely together. They are all from the same period. Titled: Relentless Hope. Music takes place in these short projects for WCProductions and ocassionaly, live, with LiveWire... I have put together perspective of music I have been a part of, which I hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed putting it together... A new playscript inspired by Gorky's The Lower Depth is getting attention as well.

Peace.
